Jack Fitzpatrick - Jack won 108 matches wrestling for Archbishop Wood, finishing 2nd at National Preps.  He continued his wrestling career at The College of New Jersey.  After college, he coached at Archbishop Wood as an assistant and head coach for 10 years, winning the Philadelphia Catholic League Championship in 2002.  This was followed by nine years at Richboro Middle School as Head Coach, 5 of which were undefeated seasons.  He is currently the President of CB Raiders Wrestling, and in his fourth year with the program.

Bryan Decembrino -  Bryan is returning as a third year coach with the Organization. His wrestling career started with the Raiders Organization over 35 years ago. He posted over 100 wins and was a State Qualifier for CB West high School. He went on to wrestle for Rider University. After college Bryan coached for 8+ years with both Neshaminy High School and Hatboro Horsham High School.  His father Francis J. Decembrino was one of the original coaches for the CB Raiders Organization and Bryan is proud and excited to be a part of the Raiders, where his love for wrestling began!

Trap McCormack - Trap was a 3x state champion in high school, wrestling for Sugar Valley/Bald Eagle Nittany.  He went on to wrestle at Lock Haven University.  As a coach, Trap's most obvious assets are his incredible technical skills and innovative approaches to training. He's a technique junkie, not only from his own wrestling days, but in trying to find new techniques for kids on the team to use and strategize with. He continues to learn as a coach, doing research on what the best wrestlers and teams around the country are doing. Then he finds ways too incorporate them into the teams very own practices. But more importantly, he helps shapes our wrestlers into fine young men and women. He is a true role model to the kids.

Joe McGinley - Joe was a three year starter at Neshaminy HIgh School, and was a four year starter at Bucknell University, where he was a three time conference place winner.  Mr. McGinley was a coach with the CB Raiders from 1996- 2004. At that time, the Raiders were the dominant team in the East Penn League.  In 2005, he began coaching at CB West, where he was an assistant for three years and head coach for 9, coaching multiple district and regional champions as well as several state medalists.  Mr. McGinley returned to the Raiders in 2015 as head coach and hopes to return the program to its former standards of excellence.  It is a pleasure to work with coaches having the level of commitment and attention to detail that the present crew has.

Josh Walker - In four years with Penn State, Josh posted an 84-29 career record. In his final season with the Nittany Lions, Walker went 18-8 overall, 5-2 in dual meets. Josh served as team captain during his senior season. He ranks fourth all-time in career pins (33) at Penn State. He earned the 11th man award and the Larry Reilly Courage Award.  Currently, Josh serves as the Director of Development for Children’s Hospital, where he raises funds in order to provide the most advanced treatments for children with brain tumors and pediatric head injuries, work to develop new therapies, and address the lasting effects of neurological disorders.

Steve Stoneback - Steve is in his third year with the the Raiders and is working with the novice group. He started wrestling as a Freshman at Archbishop Wood High School. Standing at 5'2 tall and weighing 95 pounds, he clearly needed to learn how to utilize body control to defend himself. Steve wrestled all four years in high school and was captain of the varsity team his senior year. Wrestling taught him about personal responsibility, discipline and mental toughness among many other things. These skills translate directly to his profession as a police officer, which he has been using to serve the community for thirteen years. Steve is looking forward to helping the next generation, including his son, develop the abilities that wrestling instills.

Justin Shorts - This is Justin’s second year with the Raiders. He wrestled at Northwestern Lehigh HS in the Lehigh Valley, and finished with 102 wins. He went on to start at 133 for Delaware Valley University 05'-07'. While at Del Val Justin wrestled in the NCAA team duals. He coached one year at Palisades High School before enlisting. “Wrestling gave me the mental toughness and skills to persevere through the past 8 years of life in the military. Every where I have been, I have been an advocate for youth wrestling programs in one way or another, because I believe so strongly in the values this sport has to offer.” Justin coached for the Seneca youth wrestling program in south Jersey for the past two years before coming back to Bucks County.

A dwindling program which by the time he left to pursue his career had tripled its numbers. Since 2012 Dan has been an active member of the Raiders Wrestling organization. In 2014 Dan served as Head Coach of the Raiders Novice program and was promoted to a full board position in 2015 where he continues to serve as an assistant coach and ICWL League Representative.
